Episode 65: Dr. Nadia Hamade-Saad - Do Viruses Facilitate Healing?
Dr. Nadia Hamade-Saad MD, PhD, is an Integral Medicine Doctor who specializes in detoxification, acute and chronic disease management, and energy medicine. With over 20 years experience in conventional medicine, Dr. Hamade-Saad has expanded her knowledge in the realm of holistic healing to bridge the gap between mainstream disease management and quantum healing.
Dr. Hamade-Saad recently completed her PhD dissertation titled "Viruses May Be Endogenously Generated Adaptive Messenger Particles That Facilitate Healing". In this episode of the Humanley podcast, Dr. Hamade-Saad joins me to discuss her dissertation, why viruses are not the cause of disease and might actually be a part of the healing response, the lack of scientific evidence supporting germ theory, her journey of discovery in to terrain theory and much more.

Episode 64: Professor. Tim Noakes - Fighting For Fat
Professor Tim Noakes is the most prolific scientist and medical doctor in the world on the topics of exercise science and sports nutrition. In this podcast, Prof. Noakes joins me to talk about his research in to the ketogenic diet, the legal challenges he has faced questioning the currently 'accepted' nutrition advice, how he reversed his own type 2 diabetes, the beneficial health effects of eating a high fat diet and why processed and refined carbohydrates are so harmful to health. We also talk about why he decided to become a signatory on the "Settling the Virus Debate" challenge headed up by Dr. Sam and Dr. Mark Bailey, Dr. Tom Cowan, Dr. Andrew Kaufman and others. We discuss some of the issues surrounding germ theory and how he came to realise that there are some serious fundamental flaws in the science relating to virology.
Prof Noakes studied at the University of Cape Town (UCT), obtaining a MBChB degree and an MD and DSc (Med) in Exercise Science. He is now an Adjunct Professor at the Cape Peninsula University of Technology (CPUT) , following his retirement from the Research Unit of Exercise Science and Sports Medicine. In 1995 he was a co-founder of the now prestigious Sports Science Institute of South Africa (SSISA). For the final 15 years of his academic career he was rated an A1 scientist - the highest possible rating indicating a world-leading scientist - by the South African National Research Foundation. In 2008 he received the Order of Mapungubwe, Silver, from the President of South Africa for his “excellent contribution in the field of sports and the science of physical exercise”. Prof Noakes has published more than 750 scientific books and articles. He has been cited more than 21 000 times in scientific literature and has an H-index of 77. He has won numerous awards over the years and made himself available on many editorial boards.

Episode 63: Dr. Natasha Litbarg - Taking A Stand
Dr. Natasha Litbarg was at the top of her field, working as an attending nephrologist, researcher and educator. Then everything changed in early 2020, when she realised something was not quite right with the pandemic response. After discovering that there were some fundamental, irreconcilable issues with germ theory and medicine in general, she was faced with making a number of tough decisions. This ultimately led to Dr. Litbarg no longer practicing conventional medicine. In this podcast, Dr. Litbarg shares her incredible story about taking a stand in the face of adversity.
Natasha (Natalia) Litbarg obtained an equivalent of a masters degree in Physics from Moscow State University (USSR) in 1989 and worked in a research laboratory. She immigrated to the United States from the USSR in 1990 and started working in the Immunology Research laboratory as a technician in 1991 after settling in Chicago.
She became a laboratory assistant in1994 and entered Rush Medical College in Chicago the same year. Upon graduating with MD in 1999 she completed Internal Medicine Residency and Nephrology fellowship by 2004 at the University of Illinois at Chicago.
She worked as a Nephrology Attending at Loyola University in Maywood and Hines Veterans Affairs (VA) Hospital for 4 years providing clinical and teaching services. She subsequently returned to the University of Illinois at Chicago and Jesse Brown VA Medical Center in 2008 as an attending physician. In addition to her clinical and teaching responsibilities she had an experience of running a small research laboratory for about 5 years.
Natasha became interested in alternative modalities of healing and studied Ayurveda, Yoga, Reiki, Thai massage and Healing Touch.
In 2022 Natasha lost her employment at both institutions due to her objections to COVID19 policies. Since 2020 she has learnt a lot about inherent problems with conventional Western medicine and is no longer willing to practice it.
She currently resides in Western Colorado close to her family and is looking to reinvent herself as a natural health provider.

Episode 62: Roman Bystrianyk - Dissolving Illusions (Part 2)
Roman Bystrianyk, co-author of "Dissolving Illusions", returns to the Humanley podcast where he delivers a thought provoking presentation about his research in to small pox.
Dissolving Illusions details facts and figures from long-overlooked medical journals, books, newspapers, and other sources. Using myth-shattering graphs, this book shows that vaccines, antibiotics, and other medical interventions are not responsible for the increase in lifespan and the decline in mortality from infectious diseases. If the medical profession could systematically misinterpret and ignore key historical information, the question must be asked, “What else is ignored and misinterpreted today?”

Episode 61: Beverley Unitt - Mindivation
After many years in clinical practice, I have come to the realisation that one of the things stopping people from achieving their health and life goals, is self sabotage and low compliance. No matter what information I provided people about the importance of changing their dietary and lifestyle habits, many were incredibly resistant to change. To help my clients deal with this, I would refer them to a colleague of mine, who used hypnotherapy and psychotherapy. After a few hypnotherapy sessions, my clients were eager to make the changes I had originally recommended to them.
I recently completed a diploma of hypnotherapy and psychotherapy and I'm now on a journey to learn as much as I can about this field. Recently, Beverley Unitt from Be You Success Coaching contacted me and we had a great discussion about hypnotherapy, psychotherapy and NLP.
Beverley is the CEO – that’s the Chief Energy Officer – for empowering thinking communication & behaviour at BE YOU SUCCESS COACHING! Beverley’s expertise is in MINDiVATION. It’s her quirky, shorter name for Mindset and Motivation. As a professional coach Beverley uses her skills in Strategic Psychotherapy, Neuro-Education, NLP, Behavioral Change & Hypnosis to guide and lead individual clients to the positive results they seek. In the world of Neuro-Education & NLP, Beverley is a Master Practitioner & Trainer educating and certifying curious coaches, parents, educators, allied health & health professionals, leaders, trainers, CEOs and, so many more.

Episode 60: Dr. Thomas Dykstra - Entomologist Explains Why Insects Cannot Attack Healthy Plants
Entomologist, Dr. Thomas Dykstra, eloquently explains terrain theory, but from the perspective of plants and insects.
Most people assume that insects randomly attack any and all plants, and that their main focus in life, is to make farmers and gardeners lives hard, by wreaking havoc amongst crops and gardens, but this couldn't be further from the truth. In this podcast, Entomologist, Dr. Thomas Dykstra explains why insects aren't there to cause problems, but are actually the answer to the problem.
In simple terms, plants become unhealthy first, then insects come along to return the unhealthy plant back to the earth, because the plant is no longer viable. Insects also consume toxic pesticides, herbicides and fungicides and convert them in to less toxic substances that other organisms in nature can utilise for their survival.
Parallel's can be drawn between insects and plants and germs and the human body. That is, the body's tissue becomes diseased first and then the germs come along to clean up the mess.
Dr. Dykstra received his B.S. in entomology from Cornell University in 1990. He traveled down to the University of Florida and received his M.S. in entomology (1994) and investigated the neurophysiology of pheromone production in moths. Continuing at the University of Florida, he received a Ph.D. in insect bioelectromagnetics under Dr. Philip S. Callahan in 1997.
Immediately following his degree, Dr. Dykstra started his own laboratory (Dykstra Laboratories, Inc.) in 1997 which more broadly investigates bioelectromagnetics ranging from bacteria to humans. Predominantly, he studies insect olfaction (how insects smell) from the standpoint of bioelectromagnetics and has developed a new theory based on the fusion of biophysics and neurophysiology.
Dr. Dykstra has traveled all over the United States as well as Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom giving scientific presentations and/or attending scientific conferences. He also gives presentations to local schools and has been the honorary speaker at three science museums.

Dr. Tom Cowan is a medical doctor and author of some of the most thought-provoking books in the field of health and medicine including Human Heart, Cosmic Heart which challenges the theory that the heart is a pump, Cancer and the New Biology of Water, and most recently, his best-selling book The Contagion Myth.
Dr. Cowan has played a pivotal role in helping me grow enormously not only as a clinician, but as a human being, over the last several years. He has a no-nonsense approach and asks some of the deepest and most pertinent questions of any medical doctor, or human being I have ever come across. His unique way of questioning scientific dogma's like virology, microbiology, anatomy and physiology, amongst others, has served as the catalyst for thousands of health professionals across the world to re-evaluate everything they thought they knew about health and disease.

Episode 57: Dr. Saeed Qureshi - Non-sense non-science
Dr. Qureshi is an internationally recognized scientist. For the past 40 years, including 30 years with Health Canada, he has been involved in the isolation, characterization, and testing of food and pharmaceutical substances.
Dr. Qureshi obtained his Ph.D. under the guidance of (late) Prof. M. Verzele (University of Ghent, Belgium), a world-renowned scientist in separation and isolation science using techniques such as counter-current distribution (CCD) technique and modern techniques of chromatography (gas and liquid) coupled with mass spectrometry.
Since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic episode, he has been educating and guiding people about the unfortunate use of false, in fact, fraudulent science in virus isolation, testing, and vaccine development.
In this podcast, Dr. Qureshi gives a thought provoking presentation about the science, or lack thereof, in regards to virus isolation, v*ccin*e efficacy and the issues plaguing PCR testing.

Episode 56: Dr. Grayson Dart - Rethinking The Standard of Care
Dr. Grayson Dart is a family doctor, who has recently completed his residency and is now working in clinical practice with Dr. Andrew Kaufman. Dr. Dart began questioning all things health, when he was taught by his professors that asthma was incurable and the symptoms could only ever be managed. This conflicted with Dr. Dart's own personal experience, as he had successfully reversed his own chronic, debilitating asthma through dietary and lifestyle change. This experience left Dr. Dart feeling very conflicted and lead him to begin questioning whether the same could be applied to other disease. By the time he had graduated, Dr. Dart had realised that medicine might actually be hurting people, more than it is helping.
In this podcast, Dr. Grayson Dart and I discuss his journey through medical school, his struggle learning the dark side of medicine, how he reversed his own chronic disease, what really causes disease, the logic behind vaccines, why none of the patients he saw in medical school ever healed, germ theory, the limits of medicine in treating disease, the causes of disease and how to heal using simple and effective natural healing therapies.
