Episode 61: Beverley Unitt - Mindivation
After many years in clinical practice, I have come to the realisation that one of the things stopping people from achieving their health and life goals, is self sabotage and low compliance. No matter what information I provided people about the importance of changing their dietary and lifestyle habits, many were incredibly resistant to change. To help my clients deal with this, I would refer them to a colleague of mine, who used hypnotherapy and psychotherapy. After a few hypnotherapy sessions, my clients were eager to make the changes I had originally recommended to them.
I recently completed a diploma of hypnotherapy and psychotherapy and I'm now on a journey to learn as much as I can about this field. Recently, Beverley Unitt from Be You Success Coaching contacted me and we had a great discussion about hypnotherapy, psychotherapy and NLP.
Beverley is the CEO – that’s the Chief Energy Officer – for empowering thinking communication & behaviour at BE YOU SUCCESS COACHING! Beverley’s expertise is in MINDiVATION. It’s her quirky, shorter name for Mindset and Motivation. As a professional coach Beverley uses her skills in Strategic Psychotherapy, Neuro-Education, NLP, Behavioral Change & Hypnosis to guide and lead individual clients to the positive results they seek. In the world of Neuro-Education & NLP, Beverley is a Master Practitioner & Trainer educating and certifying curious coaches, parents, educators, allied health & health professionals, leaders, trainers, CEOs and, so many more.

Episode 60: Dr. Thomas Dykstra - Entomologist Explains Why Insects Cannot Attack Healthy Plants
Entomologist, Dr. Thomas Dykstra, eloquently explains terrain theory, but from the perspective of plants and insects.
Most people assume that insects randomly attack any and all plants, and that their main focus in life, is to make farmers and gardeners lives hard, by wreaking havoc amongst crops and gardens, but this couldn't be further from the truth. In this podcast, Entomologist, Dr. Thomas Dykstra explains why insects aren't there to cause problems, but are actually the answer to the problem.
In simple terms, plants become unhealthy first, then insects come along to return the unhealthy plant back to the earth, because the plant is no longer viable. Insects also consume toxic pesticides, herbicides and fungicides and convert them in to less toxic substances that other organisms in nature can utilise for their survival.
Parallel's can be drawn between insects and plants and germs and the human body. That is, the body's tissue becomes diseased first and then the germs come along to clean up the mess.
Dr. Dykstra received his B.S. in entomology from Cornell University in 1990. He traveled down to the University of Florida and received his M.S. in entomology (1994) and investigated the neurophysiology of pheromone production in moths. Continuing at the University of Florida, he received a Ph.D. in insect bioelectromagnetics under Dr. Philip S. Callahan in 1997.
Immediately following his degree, Dr. Dykstra started his own laboratory (Dykstra Laboratories, Inc.) in 1997 which more broadly investigates bioelectromagnetics ranging from bacteria to humans. Predominantly, he studies insect olfaction (how insects smell) from the standpoint of bioelectromagnetics and has developed a new theory based on the fusion of biophysics and neurophysiology.
Dr. Dykstra has traveled all over the United States as well as Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom giving scientific presentations and/or attending scientific conferences. He also gives presentations to local schools and has been the honorary speaker at three science museums.

Dr. Tom Cowan is a medical doctor and author of some of the most thought-provoking books in the field of health and medicine including Human Heart, Cosmic Heart which challenges the theory that the heart is a pump, Cancer and the New Biology of Water, and most recently, his best-selling book The Contagion Myth.
Dr. Cowan has played a pivotal role in helping me grow enormously not only as a clinician, but as a human being, over the last several years. He has a no-nonsense approach and asks some of the deepest and most pertinent questions of any medical doctor, or human being I have ever come across. His unique way of questioning scientific dogma's like virology, microbiology, anatomy and physiology, amongst others, has served as the catalyst for thousands of health professionals across the world to re-evaluate everything they thought they knew about health and disease.
In this podcast, Dr. Cowan shares his perspective on why we might not be made of cells, structured water, germ theory, virology, mould related illness, toxic buildings, true healing, nutritional supplements and so much more.
It really was such an honour and humbling experience to speak with him. His work, tenacity and unwavering focus to better understand the nature of reality, health and disease has inspired me and changed the course of my life forever.

Episode 57: Dr. Saeed Qureshi - Non-sense non-science
Dr. Qureshi is an internationally recognized scientist. For the past 40 years, including 30 years with Health Canada, he has been involved in the isolation, characterization, and testing of food and pharmaceutical substances.
Dr. Qureshi obtained his Ph.D. under the guidance of (late) Prof. M. Verzele (University of Ghent, Belgium), a world-renowned scientist in separation and isolation science using techniques such as counter-current distribution (CCD) technique and modern techniques of chromatography (gas and liquid) coupled with mass spectrometry.
Since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic episode, he has been educating and guiding people about the unfortunate use of false, in fact, fraudulent science in virus isolation, testing, and vaccine development.
In this podcast, Dr. Qureshi gives a thought provoking presentation about the science, or lack thereof, in regards to virus isolation, v*ccin*e efficacy and the issues plaguing PCR testing.

Episode 56: Dr. Grayson Dart - Rethinking The Standard of Care
Dr. Grayson Dart is a family doctor, who has recently completed his residency and is now working in clinical practice with Dr. Andrew Kaufman. Dr. Dart began questioning all things health, when he was taught by his professors that asthma was incurable and the symptoms could only ever be managed. This conflicted with Dr. Dart's own personal experience, as he had successfully reversed his own chronic, debilitating asthma through dietary and lifestyle change. This experience left Dr. Dart feeling very conflicted and lead him to begin questioning whether the same could be applied to other disease. By the time he had graduated, Dr. Dart had realised that medicine might actually be hurting people, more than it is helping.
In this podcast, Dr. Grayson Dart and I discuss his journey through medical school, his struggle learning the dark side of medicine, how he reversed his own chronic disease, what really causes disease, the logic behind vaccines, why none of the patients he saw in medical school ever healed, germ theory, the limits of medicine in treating disease, the causes of disease and how to heal using simple and effective natural healing therapies.

Episode 54: The Bigelsen Brothers - Looking Through The Microscope
Adam and Josh Bigelsen are the sons of Dr. Harvey Bigelsen who was a pioneer in the world of holistic medicine, and author of the groundbreaking books, Holographic Blood® and Doctors are More Harmful than Germs. Both brothers are international speakers, holistic wellness coaches and educators for the Bigelsen Academy. They also lecture and teach workshops with their sister Lila.
Adam Bigelsen provides the latest research studies, and technology, to keep their method current and in the forefront of Holographic Blood® readings. As an educator, Adam has helped to develop the curriculum used to teach these methods. Adam currently works in Mexico where he and his team continue to offer the Bigelsen Method. Adam is also a music teacher, and is involved in the world of sound therapy.
Joshua Bigelsen worked side by side for over 15 years under the precision training by his father the famed Harvey Bigelsen. Joshua does collaborative investigations, educational trainings and works with Adam doing the Holographic Blood® consultations.
Messages in the blood: Are you aware that your physical issues could be related to your emotions? Or that your lack of energy could be related to your teeth? Or that your emotional imbalances could be the result of your body being physically out of alignment? All of these are things that Dr. Harvey Bigelsen was able to see by looking at holograms in the blood. Join Adam and Josh Bigelsen for an educational and empowering discussion on the Bigelsen method of Holographic Blood® and how it relates to your health and wellness. If you have questions regarding your health…the answers are in the blood.
“Over the course of his 25 years of research, Dr. Bigelsen has learned how to interpret images created by the blood in order to understand a person's total health. He has found that blood, like water, is a messenger of a person's emotion and consciousness. This is exciting and spectacular research and my hope is that it will be shared with the world.” -Dr. Masaru Emoto
In this episode, Josh and Adam Bigelsen join me to talk about the ground breaking work of their father Dr. Harvey Bigelsen and how they have continued his legacy, terrain theory, pleomorphism, the nature of disease and natural healing, holographic blood, as well as sharing some of the amazing images they have captured over the years of people's blood when looking through their microscope.

Episode 53: Roman Bystrianyk - Dissolving Illusions
Roman Bystrianyk has been researching the history of diseases and vaccines since 1998. He has an extensive background in health and nutrition as well as a B.S. in engineering and M.S. in computer science. He co-authored the book Dissolving Illusions, with Dr. Suzanne Humpries, which has received significant attention, praise and criticism, since being published in 2013.
Dissolving Illusions details facts and figures from long-overlooked medical journals, books, newspapers, and other sources. Using myth-shattering graphs, this book shows that vaccines, antibiotics, and other medical interventions are not responsible for the increase in lifespan and the decline in mortality from infectious diseases. If the medical profession could systematically misinterpret and ignore key historical information, the question must be asked, “What else is ignored and misinterpreted today?”
In this podcast, Roman joins me to talk about his book Dissolving Illusions. What better way to do that than with an incredibly interesting, detailed and thought provoking presentation, covering some finer details of aspects discussed throughout the book.
For more information about Roman, Dr. Humpries or the book Dissolving Illusions, visit the website. It is an incredible resource, a real wealth of information. https://dissolvingillusions.com/
Roman gives a 2 hour presentation titled "Dissolving Illusions: Infectious Disease History and Today". https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-HTRhKynQg0&t=0s

Episode 52: Dr. Gaetan Chevalier - Get Grounded
When was the last time your bare skin touched the earth? Have you heard of the terms "earthing" or "grounding"? Did you know, that when a human being is disconnected from the earth, it causes an electro-chemical disturbance and pH imbalance in the body, resulting in a state of dis-ease? How could something so simplistic, like putting our feet on the ground, have such profound beneficial effects? Could grounding help with arthritis, back pain, "chronic inflammation" and "auto-immune disease"? According do Dr. Chevalier, grounding is as essential as vitamins and minerals and refers to grounding as "vitamin G". Join me in this fascinating episode of the Humanley podcast with Dr. Gaeten Chevalier of the Earthing Institute.
Dr. Gaétan Chevalier received his Ph.D. from the University of Montreal in Atomic Physics and Laser Spectroscopy. After 4 years of research at UCLA in the field of nuclear fusion, he became professor and Director of Research at the California Institute for Human Science (CIHS) doing research on human physiology and electrophysiology for 10 years. Dr. Chevalier is still Research Faculty at CIHS. He is also Visiting Scholar in the Department of Family Medicine and Public Health at UCSD. He has conducted research on Earthing since 2003 and he has been Director of the Earthing Institute since its foundation in 2009.
